Our NSAA Sports and Activities get “sendoffs” when they qualify for state, and this year the Student Council has decided to recognize non-NSAA activities as well. This afternoon we had hallway walkthroughs for state placers and outstanding performances in Dance, Quiz Bowl, FFA, SkillsUSA, All State Band, and All State Choir. Axton Lantz, Regan Raabe, Riley Ross, and Adelynn Sateren were awarded the Nebraska Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish from the Nebraska Department of Education. This prestigious recognition honors high school students who have demonstrated a high level of proficiency in English and at least one additional language. Students earn this award through their achievement on a standardized language proficiency assessment. Congratulations!
