Wisner-Pilger Elementary Night Before School Starts is scheduled for Wednesday, August 14, 2019. Parents and families have three options to attend; 5:00-5:30, 5:30-6:00, 6:00-6:30 p.m. Students and parents are required to attend one of these 30-minute sessions to become reacquainted with the classroom teacher, learn about classroom expectations, and drop off all school supplies. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Wisner-Pilger Elementary teachers have been busy over the past summer preparing to implement a new math core program. This along side developing a new math report card, adjusting our school management system, and rolling out a character portion on the report card has kept our teachers on their toes over the past year. Please join us to learn more about these new programs for a curriculum night on Tuesday, August 20 from 5:30-6:15 p.m. or 6:30-7:15 p.m. at the Wisner-Pilger Fine Arts Auditorium. We have over 300 ice cream treats ready for those in attendance! Child care will be provided for all students in attendance.

NOTICE: The annual Sports Warning Meeting will be held on Monday, Aug 5 at 7:00 PM in the Fine Arts. This is for all 9-12 students playing sports this school year, as well as their parents/guardians. Sports Boosters will also be doing signups before the meeting, starting at 6:30.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION: Starting Monday, July 15, access to the back (north) side of the school will be closed, including public access to the weight room. Access to the weight room can be made through the front entrance of the Jr/Sr High School (door #11) 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. A portion of the walking trail will also be closed during construction.

Wisner-Pilger Elementary is seeking candidates for Elementary Paraprofessional positions for the 2019-2020 school year. If this opportunity interests you please fill out an application at the Wisner-Pilger High School. These positions will remain open until filled. Candidates should be flexible, enjoy working with elementary students, and possess strong communication skills.

Reminder: There will be Elementary Basketball Open Gym for incoming 4th-6th grade girls every Wednesday in June (starting tomorrow), from 8:30-10:00 a.m. in the elementary gym. High school coaches and student-athletes will be there to help your child learn the proper techniques and fundamentals to excel at basketball in the coming years.

Band Students... meet at the band room at 8:30am Monday morning, May 27th for the Memorial Day Performance. You may enter through the elementary doors or at the back door #24.
