Workplace Communications Surveys... Today and tomorrow, the Workplace Communications class will be distributing student and teacher surveys to help with their final class projects. You are not obligated to do them, but we'd appreciate it! Finished surveys should be returned to the student or to Mr. Moeller by the end of the week!
Blood Drive The Wisner-Pilger Student Council is hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive at Wisner-Pilger High School on Wednesday, April 23. You must weigh at least 110 lbs and at least 5 feet tall to be eligible for blood donation for your own safety. Donors under the age of 17 must have parental consent signed prior to donating blood. Students that would like to donate should discuss it with their parents and coaches first. Anyone wishing to schedule a donation should contact Mr. Butterfield in the High School office - 402-529-3249 or abutterfield@igators.org
Post Prom Forms needed from the following students... Senior: Emerson Bellar, Juniors: Adelle Russman, Aida Vasquez Ajtun. These forms were sent to your home... if you do not have them stop by the office to pick up another set.
Juniors... prom decorating will be happening after school Monday through Friday (4/20 - 4/24). Please check into the south gym after school or practice to help decorate if Mrs. Olson is in there.
Registration for fall semester Dual Credit courses will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday this week during Flex in the cafeteria. Students who are interested in taking any fall dual credit classes will need to attend. Sophomores will register for classes on Tuesday, April 21st. Juniors will register for classes on Wednesday, April 22nd. Make sure you are able to log in to your Northeast account before your registration time. You will not be able to register for classes if your account is not set up. See Mrs. Reese ahead of time if you have any questions.
All Students Attending Prom... Prom pictures will be at 3:00pm at Deitloff's Home. If you have questions about this ask a friend or stop by the front office.
Girls Interested in Wrestling next school year... there is a meeting TODAY after school in the commons area by the office. We will talk about next year and plans for the off season.
Mass for Prom Students... will be held at St. Joseph's in Wisner on Saturday, April 25th at 5:00 pm. All Jr and Sr students and their guests are invited to attend.
Prom Information Prom is scheduled for Saturday April 25th. Doors open for prom attendees and picture takers at 7:00 PM and Class pictures will begin shortly after 7:00. The Grand March will follow at 8:00. Sobriety checks will be conducted by an officer for all Prom attendees - exit and re-entry are not permitted after sobriety checks. The dinner and dance will follow the Grand March. The dance will end at midnight with Post Prom starting immediately after and doors closing at 12:30am. Attendees must stay to the end of the dance to be eligible to attend Post Prom. Facilities are provided to change clothes between Prom and Post Prom, if needed.
7th Grade Volleyball Players, pick up a Gator Volleyball Camp registration form in the office. Turn in to Coach Raabe by Friday, May 1.
8th-11th Grade Volleyball Players, Our Pre-season Volleyball Meeting will be Friday, May 1 @ 7:45 in the north gym. Bring completed registrations and fees with you to the meeting.
Senior National Honor Society Members... need to complete their green community service form and put it on Mrs. Glaubius' desk before May 8. Cords will not be handed over until this is done. (The green forms are in the binder by the reading lab clipboard.)
Sign-Up for Summer Drivers Education Class is open... stop by the front office for more information or to sign up and pick up a form. Drivers Education classes are from Tuesday, May 26th through Friday, May 29th (4 days) 7:30am to 12:30pm each day. Completed forms and payment are due back to the front office by Friday, May 1st.
Dance Team Tryouts will now take place on Wednesday, April 29th at 5:45pm at Studio B Dance Studio
