The local contest for National History Day will be held at the high school on February 17th and is open to the public. Parents and community members are invited and encouraged to attend between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm. Judging will begin at 9:00 am and will continue until 2:00 pm.
Students from both the junior high and high school have been working to put the finishing touches on projects that have taken months to complete. Students have the option to compete as a group or as an individual. They have opted to compete in categories ranging from exhibits, to performances and documentaries.
